Yoga Journal Conference comes to Boston in May

If you haven't heard, the Yoga Journal Conference will be in Boston next month. We're definitely going. What a great opportunity, and right in our backyard! Why wouldn't you go? OK, its a bit pricey ...~ $700 for the whole enchilada, including the pre-conference all-day intensive on Friday. But I can cost justify anything. I've never had a DUI, so there's a load of extra cash right there!

Seriously though, the opportunity to take classes with teachers like Shiva Rae, Seane Corn, Ana Forrest, Rodney Yee, Stephen Cope, all in one place at the Hynes Convention Center... and you don't even have to fly to Costa Rica or schlepp to Esalen. But sign up fast for the best selection, because the sessions are filling up.

I'm so there. In fact, I'm signed up for a couple of ashtanga classes with David Swenson and Richard Freeman just because, well, they are the grandsons of ashtanga. I haven't even taken a Primary Series class since Michael Hamilton left town.

(Now that was a good reason to get up at the crack of dawn on a Sunday morning.)
